birdie: thirsty?  one of my photo essay shots. simply the assortment of colorful and sugary beverage alternatives at starbucks. i like all the colors and wasn’t sure about the angle, but it ultimately grew on me.  shutter speed:1/50, f/9, ISO:800, focal length:43mm, flash fired   I like the angle on this, but think it would not work in a publication. I think the angle could still be taken, but from the other side. This just feels like it wouldn’t work on a page very well. I like the repetition though. Neat idea! (hc)
